The Irish Fiddlers Retreat Experience
This programme is dedicated to anyone interested in learning how to play or improve their Irish Music Style of playing. Your teacher, Theresa, will give you specific directions and guidance in a gentle and effective fashion during the course of your Irish Fiddle workshops - tuition Tuesday to Friday. She will work with you on your specific goals and purpose for spending a week at Fiddlers Retreat for intensive and succinct tuition and guidance on your fiddle.
The tunes, techniques, bowing and stylistic features that make the tunes sound uniquely Irish are a focus of the classes. Tunes and all tuition content is based on playing ability levels to enable students progress effectively and with confidence.
All levels of players are welcomed onto the different courses designed especially for the varying ability levels, from absolute beginner to professional players. There is no need to worry about being out of your depth as you will be placed in a class that best suits the level of playing ability.
A relaxed and informal class setting ensures a comfortable, supportive, fun and progressive learning environment.
